I'd think about what I want out of life and my career. Miami has a lower floor than Oregon (superior facilities, solid young roster, excellent and stable leadership), but has a drastically higher ceiling. Oregon has made it to the CFP, gotten to the natty, and consistently creates a presentable team (no matter the HC).
Miami has a lot of promise and the fact that we don't have centralized leadership is an opportunity for him to right the ship. From a recruiter's mindset, Miami wins. From a personal mindset (family from here, mother has been ill), Miami wins.
As a Cuban that has/had an ill parent, I chose to leave a dream job for less money to return home. But different people and I wasn't being offered millions to stay or go.
