If manny is canned what would you think of Mario being hired with no interview process

Would you just be happy manny is gone? Would you think UM is making the same mistake again - hiring with no due diligence?

Personally I would have fired James a while back. Fired manny weeks ago (never hired him actually). Been interviewing coaches available today and back channeling with others.

I would be happy to have Mario but there are good reasons to conduct interviews and not just hire Mario like you did manny. UM should learn from their mistakes.

All that being said, hiring Mario would be an improvement no doubt.
