If you are Haitian (black) and you walk across the Rio Grande in Texas you are going back. If you are from Central America come on in ? Cuban's tend to be conservatives, so that means no reason to let them in. I'm watching if they send Cuban's coming from S.America back to the last country they lived in or Back to Cuba . The fear is that since Dem's / Biden are so sympathetic towards cuba's communist regime(like minds) they would send them Back to Cuba, and not the last country they lived in, as a sort of reprisal for having escaped the communist regime. Communist's are evil power hungry murdering liars, so given our history with them, nothing is out of the realm of possibilities
