So easy to RIP on players when they want to leave for greener pastures. But the fan base is not willing to stick with a HC/staff and try to work out the kinks. Its year one... just like you want players to stay and work hard I challenge the fan base to be patient and stick with the staff. Win or lose I am a hurricane. Not someone that wants to throw put the baby with the bath water.
