How are these people surviving? I thought the government incentives to not work ended? Clearly that’s not the case other wise the work force wouldn’t be what it still is. People are paying more now than ever. The demand has never been higher. Literally every business is still short staffed. What are these people living off of?

Amazing the dollar per hour plus the cash signing bonuses advertised in Florida & Wyoming. So glad I have longterm employees that know they are treated well and not jumping ship to make more per hour knowing they will call me 6 months later asking if they may comeback to work.
