Which tells me how big this problem is here. The police can take anyone they want without incident. Yet it is amazing if some African American gets caught selling illegal cigarettes they end up dead. If a guy doesn't get his ID out fast enough or humbly enough he is dead.

It's time for some sweeping changes and Dems need to remove the filibuster and pass some meaningful legislation or GTFOOH. Stop playing with these silly hyenas. No bipartisanship!

Review these gun laws. Get these killers off the street and by the way I am referring to these rogue law enforcement officers when I say this. They are just hiding behind a badge....and good police officers. Time to take them off the job and get people that are about the business of serving the community truely.

It's time to take our country back!

Not a smart or well thought out post.

Yes you’re a victim, congratulations

Agreed CD....the country is in need of sweeping police reform. I had a client in my office yesterday who was looking at my retirement plaques on my wall, from 25+ years as a cop. The gentleman, who happened to be a white male, commented that he appreciated my service to the community.

He then commented that it's a shame what's happening to the police community and law enforcement as a whole in this country, and went on to say that he feels sorry for cops.

Well I had to use this as a teaching moment for the fella.

I respectfully informed him that the issues plaguing law enforcement right now were brought on by BAD COPS, not the community or politicians. I informed him that communities of color have been mistreated, disrespected, abused and terrorized by BAD COPS for over a century and now the "chickens have come home to roost". I went on to say that everything that happened last year happened because of BAD COPS that displayed little regard for the communities of color, and THAT triggered the BLM campaign, to bring awareness to the need for police reform.

But I also told him that it's been my experience as a police manager and supervisor that 10% of police officers, cause 90% of the complaints and problems within Departments and Agencies, so there's an absolute need for reform and for police to police themselves, BUT there are a lot of great law enforcement professionals out there who want the same thing.

And to my surprise he admitted to never having seen that side of it before......and better yet he agreed that change is needed.

Did you leave out the part where the worst cops are in areas where they feel free to be bad cops because of liberal unions that own liberal politicians and let them do what ever they want? That covid spreading, girl beating, meth attic, multiple FELLON flyd had a free rain of terror on humanity until some other lose cannon that was literally TRAINING police officers freaking choked this pos to death for resisting arrest. What do you expect? They were both unchecked scumbags that were running unchecked for YEARS in a liberal city because no one gives a shit and no one wants to get sued. Get use to the wild west out there because it’s going to get worse.

Once again cd in full display. His definition of “without incident” is 10 dead including responding officer.

no wonder everyone hates this idiot.

....and this is why those who hate me I love it because I don't want people this uninformed liking me.

So, is part of the problem that the bad cops are protected by their union? You just can't get rid of them due to union pressure?

The bold statement here 100% is a total failure on your part to understand when someone is actually a victim and someone is a shithead who will manipulate any circumstance to be a victim and take advantage of a bad situation.

I’ve watched over the last 12 years where certain events were deemed to be abuse of power and corruption but were nothing of the sort. Jacob Blake being a prime example of that.

Do you understand the amount damage caused and actual life’s taken as the result of this type of thinking? What happened in Kenosha after the police shot Blake??? I believe it was three dead and millions in property damage after what was a perfectly legitimate OIS.

Yes I do blame the media for priming some of these events but people aren’t even being reasonable anymore. We have another one here in Nashville happening right now. Police are in high speed pursuit and suspect bails from vehicle. Officer rounds corner to see suspect squared off and drawing a handgun from his pants. Officer shoots and kills suspect. White officer, black suspect. Prosecutor charges officer with murder and is pending trial right now. Do we need reform for this?

Yes I understand there are bad cops and they do create bad problems in the communities. There are also bad people who also create bad problems in the communities. We need to deal with both and not with a broad brush! And this psycho nuts left wing movement to defund all law enforcement is the single most dumb thing the left has come up with yet.

You hit the nail on the head here! Most professions are similar. 10 percent of the people cause 90percent of the problems....

The way vast majority of cops do the right thing and are where they belong. Reasonable people understand this principal. The people going around defending nonsense are the problem.

Nonsense is nonsense. Just like great police work is great police work. Everyone should go home safely or to jail they committed a crime. It's not a death sentence.

I speak for myself. Not msm or whatever that is.

It's time to take our country back. Let's jail as many chipped toothed hyenas as possible. Making them sleep with roaches and big black dudes named tooth pick.
