Saw this on the Twitter: Number of 4 and 5 stars on the rosters of the top 10 teams in America:

1. Clemson - 40
2. Alabama - 68
3. UGA - 60
4. LSU - 51
5. Ohio State - 59
6. Oklahoma - 49
7. Auburn - 46
8. Wisconsin - 9
9. Florida - 39
10. Notre Dame - 47

Miami - by my count and based on Rivals - 36. Even if it's not exactly accurate, it's around the range of early to mid 30s.

Let's keep in mind that this is the top 10 in the country right now. The programs that are the elite, and a few others, like Auburn and Florida that are ascendant this year.

We are sooooo far from competing with the group, but based on a very rough and blunt look at "quality" of recruits based on rankings, we shouldn't be that far behind this group.

We have a complacent culture at best, and quite possibly a losing environment, or at least, one that is OK with losing. I'm not saying we have the talent to be a top 5 team right now, but no reason why we're not consistently winning the Coastal and being a top 20 team AT MINIMUM.

The environment is poisoned. Bigger than Manny. Bigger than schemes and philosophies. Need a COMPLETE overhaul of the culture.
