Is today the day?

I don't know if Manny should be fired or not. I do know what I am seeing isn't the Miami I grew up with. The Miami I grew up with destroys these teams. But that team hasn't been seen in the better part of two decades. I know this team plays for Manny, but I don't know if that is reason to keep him or to expect it to get better next year. I hope there are smarter people than me to make that decision. If they decide to fire Manny they better know who they are getting. You can't fire Manny and not already have the next coach in line. If that is Mario great, if it is someone else great but they better know how to win in Miami. Miami is special. All of the talent needed to win a national title is within driving distance. The fact that 4 coaches since Coker haven't figured that out is amazing to me. Other teams have figured it out, and are robbing our backyard. Most Miami fans didn't know who to cheer for today. Follow your brain and cheer FSU so that Manny is fired, or follow your heart and cheer for Miami to beat our most hated rival. I was torn going into the game, but as with every other game I want Miami to win and win big. And for a moment in the second half I thought Miami was going to. I was cheering hard. But not today, and now my mind wonders will Manny be fired? They lost to a bad FSU team that was 3-6. If we can't win that game when will they be able to beat an actual good team. I know they just beat ranked Pitt and NC State, but they barely beat GA Tech, and lost to FSU. They now have 6 straight games that have been decided by 4 points or less. and I still look at this team and think they should be 8-2. But reality is they are 5-5. I don't know what camp I am in. Fire Manny or not. All I know is I want the Miami of old to return. I don't expect a title every year, but I want to really be in the conversation and not just preseason.
