It’s really clear to see the difference between an experienced head coach Nick Saban to an inexperienced in Manny Diaz. Nick surround himself with other experienced coaches and staff. Us on the other hand we go with the inexperience coach in Manny who could at lease came in with a more experienced staff. Our OC is clearly too inexperienced to make any kind of impact right now and not having an experienced offensive mind on staff is killing us. Look for a second at jimmy Johnson staff who all went on to be head coaching in college and some in the NFL. Now compared that to what we have? Now the person who fails to plan, plans to fail. We really need to surround ourselves with more quality coaches on staff and as coordinators.
