Jeff Thomas Fault for this loss . He did not fumble in the game giving up seven points. He did not mess three field goals . He did not give a touchdown up on a fake punt. He did not let the GA. Offense out physical the Canes defense.He did not let The GA. Coaches out Coach the Canes.But what he did do was let his team down and become a distraction on game day and proved that Manny was a better man then him to give him another chance after quitting his teammates last year. Manny and Coaches just a little advice from a successful business man that has made mistakes I have learned from. Stop talking the game and lead. Turn the music of at practice. Take the high school self celebrating away. No 305 No Rings . Bring the team in on Monday and run the film on the five foot special teams player that gives a shit.and Manny you and your coaches become leaders stop trying to be these young man buddies. Stop being like parents that want to be there kids buddies instead of the parents. Coach I just got to tell it like it is Your defense and offense lines are soft. Other teams know it and are licking there chops on game day knowing they are going to kick all’s ass. That’s is not leadership that is a reflection of leadership. Fundamental football does not exist on this football team. We are to busy celebrating a individual play on the sideline after giving up free points and making mistakes and getting our ass kicked. Just one bit of advice take your kicker and tell him he is the kicker no matter what . At the end of the year if he did not get the job done replace him . Musical chairs will do nothing but make it worse. You have no one to replace him with this season. Kick Jeff Thomas off the team if he lets all down one more time.Time for some tough love Coach .
