Manny has to know that he is better off as a coordinator under a HC that sets a culture of discipline. It wasnt until half way into Richt's third year where everyone knew his heart wasnt into it which the players picked up on. It seems like our players only get motivated when they play teams they're predicted not to beat even though we were 2 point favorites against UVA. It doesnt seem like the players respect Manny as a leader where they would be afraid to fvck up. Unfortunately, I dont see Manny stepping down. Pretty soon ESPN will be renewing their jokes about how 60,000 UM fans dressed up like empty seats. The BOT are spineless.
