UM is expected to announce early this week its hire of Joel Rodriguez, a Hurricanes offensive lineman from 2000-04, as its director of player development. A program source confirmed a Miami Herald report that said Rodriguez took over for Ryan McNamee, who resigned from that post to pursue a career change.
