Listening to Manny, looks like we might see some lineup changes for the Virginia Tech game. He mentioned that competition for starting jobs is still open.
My guess:
*71 Patchan might lose his starting job. His two penalties were senseless and costly, keeping the Chippewas on offense at the end. Will 15 or 94 get the start at DE?
* 20 Knowles will lose time to Bolden. His penalty for not lining up properly on Hedley’s awesome punt was also stupid and costly.
*6 Pope back in action? We need some big plays from our receivers. Would also expect to see 8 Wiggins be targeted much more.
* 74 Campbell rotated in at both LT and RT. I’m betting he sees more time.
* not sure what’s up with our porous pass coverage. Could T’cory Couch see more action?
We are not covering well.
*91 Miller got excellent push on several short yardage plays vs Central Michigan. More time for him? Pleasantly surprised by his performance.
