Then he talked about why Michigan is failing and it all came down to their antiquated offense, and how offensive football has pass Jim Harbaugh by. And he said urban greatest strength was he recognized that offensive football had passed him by. And that is why he hired Ryan day and turned the offense over to him. He said urban didn’t understand Days offense and would challenge him on things but ultimately stayed out of Days way.
