That same person knew he would lose so he set his cult following up telling them mail in ballots are rigged ( although he his wife and most his staff voted that way ) and to vote in person so on election day those votes would register, and he could declare himself King before mail in ballots could be counted so he could CRY Fraud.
Then he assembled the bad news bears for a legal team. By the way they've lost every lawsuit but 1 ( that one they found 600 or so ballot discrepancy, but it was in a smaller race NOT THE PRESIDENTIAL RACE ). 1 for 34.....
