May have been bringing back Jeff Thomas. Last year there was complaining about some selfish players in the locker room and people not working and it was apparent JT was one of them when he was dismissed. It is hard to preach accountability when you bring him back and now he is suspended.
obviously there were errors on the staff, but if he wants to change the culture he needs to be consistent.
the only saving grace is I think Manny will review the staff and make changes where he feels there is needed. That being said I don’t think he makes changes at the coordinator level after one year. I hope I’m wrong.
