Needs to be calling Kirby and little Nickey and letting them know that the purge ends now.
Steps he needs to take:
1. Lock in Van Dyke since UGA is apparently after him too.
2. Go hire Corey Raymond from UF as DB coach to replace TRob
3. Hire either Golding or Schumer as DC
4. Hire Candle as OC and Beard as WR coach
These would be big boy moves and with 8M at his disposal, could be done IMO.
