One thing I’m noticing is Mario taking a page from Saban book, hire the best of the best at each position, put a system in place on what you want your team to be, and if your coaches leave after one or two years because that may happen, he can plug and play with next best coach available at that time. It will be great if staff can stay the course but Mario is smart enough to know guys may leave so he’s creating a system with the top echelon of coaches he has hired now and showing best of the best coaches can all come together, hopefully be successful and they all will find the right opportunity knocking on their doors again, and the system will carry on and plug and play when one leaves. When you hear one of the coaches leave, don’t worry Mario has officially stamp what his system will be moving forward and that’s to have the best of the best at each position at da U!
