Mario can and will put together a great staff...this is just one list of a highly attainable and also high quality staff. He focused on getting a bunch of guys with West Coast connections at Oregon and I expect he will go back to his southeast roots for this staff. We will go boss mode on the salaries to get people to come/stay which is big part of the ongoing commitment.
