Matt, excellent article today on the numbers. One question, is there a date (deadline) that the 85 must be met, or is it a constant? In other words, if we were at 85 and wanted to sign a transfer, must they cut someone before they sign him as opposed to being no more than 85 on a date certain? Thanks.
