Issues:
* have the defensive players quit on their coaches? Maybe yes. They’ve been alternating between a 3-4 and a 4-3. Look confused and demoralized.
* will a blowout loss to UVA this weekend lead to the DC being fired? Maybe yes as Jim Leavitt (Willie’s DC at Oregon) has just been hired as an analyst. Does he fill the DC chair next week?
* if UVA wins big, could Willie himself get fired? Maybe but not likely. Why? FSU doesn’t yet have the money to pay the $17 million in severance money that would be owing.
* will FSU have to score at least 40 points a game to win most games? Yes.
* are recruits jumping ship? Not yet but lookout!
Problems at UM are real. I’m very concerned about our secondary. Less concerned about our offense as JW matures, the OL stabilizes and Enos evolves. But...It’s good not to be FSU.
