Anonymous sources say that’s actually a reenactment and the two guys in the picture were joe Biden and his great friend ........yep The great senator from West Virginia... has roads and buildings, institutions schools... close to a hundred public buildings or institutions named after him .

Don’t they say you can judge a man by the people they hang out with their close longtime friends or colleagues. Joe Biden was great friends with Byrd.
