That’s why so many fail
I understand the uneasiness some feel
You want to know who the coordinators are
But unless you are going to make easy and lazy hires, enormous effort goes into evaluating guys
do you just grab someone like a Briles who has bounced from FAU to FSU to Arkansas etc
or do you put effort into landing a whale
Or do you put effort into identifying guys who will be the next best thing and just need their breakthrough opportunity
it all takes a lot of time and you can’t let yourself get lazy
just my 2 cents
