I have been a business person most of my life. I do business with people I like and trust. constantly preach that to everyone who works with me. I want my people to approach our customers and potential customers with that thought in mind. Be honest respectfull and shut up and listen , they will tell you all their objections and wants. You are telling us the staff have done a lousy job of recruiting. Maybe you are right. Shannon and Coker must of had the same problem. It's not that we don't ofrer the elite players, e.g. Coker and staff offered Percy Harvin. We are not landing enough of the so called high star players. Any idea why? Do they not like and trust our coaches. You said the cloud and negative talk by the competition has no bearing on the recruits decision. So, in your opinion what's the problem? It goes back to the Coker days. We played for 2 NC and should have played for 1 more in 2000. So winning isin't the only problem . Three staffs have failed, in your opinion why? Iknow you don't sit in living rooms or evaluate all the recruits. I take it you never coached or played at a high level, but I would like to hear your thoughts.
