LOL...Can't believe I missed this gem....No, he is not a special counsel. Also, before I go any further I wish Republicans and especially Trump would not refer to this as a counsil. It is a Counsel. Huber has been looking into a different matter for months. You are talking apples and oranges here comparing Mueller to Huber. The idea Hillary benefited in any way from the FBI is laughable. Especially considering what Comey did 10 days before the election.

PS. It's not Muller either. It's Mueller.
