Get you a guy with a good resume that has been apart of good to great staffs give him the keys and allow him to make this brand acceptable again..then when you are a consistent 9 or 10 win team then you will attract a different brand of athletes..now all those kids that leave every year you will get a couple to stay home...you don't need but a couple of impact guys in each cycle to compete for championships...but this hiring green coaches with know resume...like ookie says those guys shouldn't ever be a head coach at Miami..you gamble on position coaches if you are gambling not the head coach
