Therefore, he will NEVER spend 100% of his time on one sport, and will divide his time accordingly in order of priority. In a perfect world we hire a badass AD for the WHOLE, and a GM / Director of Football to help the AD AND focus 100% of his time on Football only.
This GM/Director of Football position is where ZO can add tons of value in my opinion, and not as AD.
