The Worst Governor's Conference (WGC) is dedicated to a governor's running their state into the ground while consistently showing huge ego and totalitatian policies. Extra points are given for Putting people in Nursing homes to die of COVID, Underfunded pention funds, High Taxes, Defunding the Police, Riots, Looting, Murders, (especially in Large historic cities), growth in crime rate, giving preference to illegal aliens and criminals. General harassment of decent tax paying citizens such as not allowing them to go to church, run their business, go hunting or fishing etc. but giving full support to looters, and political cronies is important, Believing in fake science and news is well regarded. Wastful spending projects like High Speed Trains to no where and Green Energy also bring in extra points. But an absolute requirement is taking no responsibility for anything and blaming Trump for everything.

This is a very tough conference. Tougher than the SEC to remain on top. If Whitmer is only fifth worst, you know there is very strong competition.
