In order of opening, and probably in order of game changing impact (although would flip Soffer and Dorms in terms of tangible day to day impact):
  1. Schwartz Center providing upgraded Locker Room, Therapy, Academic Space, etc.
  2. UHealth overlooking Greentree giving immediate access to world class healthcare
  3. Full renovation of Hard Rock to make it one of the best facilities around and much more of a loud, college atmosphere
  4. Soffer IPF, re-do of outdoor practice fields and weight room, and 20,000 sq. ft of new meeting rooms, offices, recruiting centers, etc. etc.
  5. Recently opening of the most unique living environment in the heart of a college campus, and tied with the Soffer IPF and football ops center as by far the biggest negative recruiting gap getting closed and surpassed.
In my view, the only remaining upgrade is the locker room which I know is probably next on the list...fine for today but the market has moved quickly. When looked at holistically and thinking about where we were prior to the Schwartz Center, it is almost impossible to believe.
