The guy has been a QB Coach/Passing Coordinator for 8 years in the NFL and worked absolute wonders with Cam Newton in Carolina for 5 years (made him an MVP in 2015 and look at him now) and with Josh Allen the last 3 years (top 3 QB in football and MVP candidate). Do not compare him with Ed Reed, Lamar, etc. No disrespect to any of the other guys but Dorsey has a lot of experience and success at the highest level. Cam raved about him and I am sure Josh Allen does the same...and guess what, we have TvD/Jake (Allen) and Jaccuri (Cam) in our QB room. That should be an absolute slam dunk sell to those guys.
Not sure if/how Dorsey fits in...but please do not put him in same category as any other limited coaching experience ex player....
