Dossier was paid for by DNC to create a basis for a FISA warrant to spy on a political opponent after original errant application was denied.

New application with dossier agreed upon by FISA court unknown info was paid for by political opponent giving Obama Admin free spying privileges. Once warrant expired, Obama Admin continued to spy on rival campaign.

Company paid to build dossier has direct familiar ties to Hillary Clinton, her campaign, FBI & political ties to CIA.
