Really, I went from paying $365 per month to paying $1600 per month because my 55-year-old wife has to be covered with health insurance for the chance she gets pregnant. This Obama care has been a disaster for middle-income families. The only people benefiting are lower income families. Not fair!

Trump's solution is to 1) get rid of Obama Care 2) Allow insurance carriers to compete across state line 3) Let the free market determine the cost of insurance and coverage.

If he did he would bring it to the floor of the house and senate and they would vote on it. He doesn't....If you think they do then I honestly don't have a clue of what you are looking at. The only way people can afford health insurance nowadays is if 1) You are in the poverty line, 2) You work for an employer that pays for the bulk of your health insurance.
If insurance companies are allowed to sell insurance across state line, the price will go down.
What I am talking about is he had no plan. He lied to you. He did not bring a plan to the house or the senate. What is it that is confusing? He had no plan. My insurance since Obamacare has been great. I can't speak for anyone but myself. I pay about 65 per month for great coverage. $2000 deductible. My kid decided he didn't want to be on mine but he could be if he wanted to until 26 for a few buck more.

The President doesn't draft bills, he signs them or vetoes them. House passed two bills but they died in Senate. One was killed by the conservative Repubs and the other killed by the moderate Repubs. Short memory? He said he would have signed either one. Democrats should have grown a pair and have a few of the "non-looney" senators vote yes on it. You will see just how smoothly things can work when Democratic senators vote sensibly with Republicans when Kavanaugh gets RAMMED THROUGH with 3-5 Dem votes.
CD, it is the other way around! Congress brings a plan to the President to sign into law. It is up to the Democrats and the Republicans to come up with a plan for the president to sign. The president supports insurance that the free market will set the price and that insurance companies can compete across state lines. Your hatred for Trump is clouding your judgment. The current health insurance available is not for everyone, it is mostly for the people living on the poverty line. Most of America is middle class and our premiums have gone through the roof. You are only looking at your situation and not at all Americans. You are being played by the Democrats and Republicans in power. They both don't like Trump because he is helping all Americans, including the poor, people of color, people of all sexes. The unemployment rate is at its lowest in decades. The unemployment rate for people of color is at its lowest in history. The market is up, he lowered taxes for all Americans. No more crazy mass shootings in the USA from Islamic radicals, North Korea is no longer testing atomic bombs and missiles. The world is a safer place. This is what I see through my eyes.
