Are you feeling the Bern? Or is it just a reminder of the trip to the D.R.?

Does Gaturd Marco get your support or is it the Exile from Canada Rafael Cruz?

Does Billary make you hard or is it Donald Drumpf's porn actress/ lingerie model wife you'd like to bed in Lincoln bedroom in White House?

Vote early and often it is yet another Super Tuesday. Want to see who Canesport fans favor.

Amazing that you think he is a good president. For you and where you are in life, he may be. This is America and you are certainly entitled to your opinion as I am to mine.

Obamacare and "First to File" legislation has hurt me and my tribe as closely held business owners.

Been a bad deal for me.

I do like your poll though and we are in agreement that I wish that there was another answer than what is on the list. It's sad!

I will say this, screw politics..... I would stand with you in battle (football metaphorically speaking) as a fellow Canes fan any day. Hopefully they make is prouder this year than our country's leaders have.

The only one who speaks like a grownup is Kasich. But in the land of Kardashian reality shows that doesn't count for much. SMH

I have campaigned for, and already early voted for Marco Rubio... The thought of Trump being the Republican nominee is unsettling to me, to say the least, but the GOP Establishment has nobody to blame for this situation but itself. As far as Sanders, he is a 74 year old self-proclaimed socialist, and someone who would bankrupt the country with his preposterous policies. He is absolutely no chance of becoming President, but at least he is honest, direct, and will leave a legacy of carving out a small niche of socialism within the Democratic Party. As far as Hillary, she is about as fraudulent of a politician as it gets. Lied about Benghazi, embodies the phrase "chrony capitalism", and is about as trustworthy as a used car salesman... Yet, the animosity towards Hillary has paled in comparison to what Trump now faces... His tonality has drawn attacks from both the Democrats and his GOP counterparts. Trump's rhetoric and theatrics are just as divisive as Obama's regime, and what little unity remains of the American people is only months away from completely being fractured. Like my candidate Rubio, I struggle to conceptualize supporting Donald Trump more and more each week as the GOP nominee. My father told me that he will refuse to vote in the 2016 General Election in a Trump v. Hillary scenario, and sadly, more Americans are likely to do the same.

I disagree with you on Sanders but agree on Trump. The good thing is he is running behind Billary and Bernie (by wider margin) in head to head polling. Keep in mind he has split vote with at least three other Repubs and his negatives are at a whopping 58 per cent of voters. He is validating his base by offering what they deeply believe. But that won't work in general election.

I am not a Hilary supporter by any means, but the level of animosity she receives should pale in comparison to Trump. Hilary is a bad politician. Trump is a bad person. I, too, will be voting for Rubio today. Too little too late, unfortunately.

Trump is beating both HIllary and Bernie in some polls and losing to both Hillary and Bernie in other polls. Almost every political pundit has missed the mark on predicting the impact of Trump, and he is about as predictable as South Florida weather... I could see him beating Hillary by 10% in a General Election and I could see him losing to Hillary by 25% in a General Election. Nobody knows and anybody who think that he or she has an accurate forecast of how Trump would do in a General Election is simply playing political sides and not objectively looking at the landscape of how the Primaries have unfolded the last 6 months.

He does have the highest unfavorability ratings of any GOP candidate, but that said, Hillary's Trustworthiness rating is something like 22%-24% last I checked. So both candidates are hardly the ideal candidates for their respective party. Choosing between Trump and Hillary is like choosing between drinking petroleum and anti-freeze...

I was at the CNN Republican Debate at the Bank United Center last Thursday Night, and believe me, the collective anxiety of having to face reality that Trump is likely to become the GOP Nominee as evident as it could be.

I usually loathe political message board talk, but I'll emphasize one point you nearly made that always strikes me with Bernie. I don't agree with his world view, but I do respect that Bernie is a true believer. He's been unwavering and unapologetic for his beliefs for many years. It's a rare thing in today's politics.

On the plus side, if Bernie did win, at least we'd have Larry David impersonating him on SNL for a loooong loooong time

"Yet, the animosity towards Hillary has paled in comparison to what Trump now faces..." I think this is partially caused by the left-leaning media outlets and their campaign coverage. While they are both divisive candidates, I think the media is more favorable in their coverage of Billary than they are for Trump.

Trump is the death of the Republican party as it has functioned in recent years. They need a new approach. I would love if that involved moving more towards a Libertarian position, something of a moderate Libertarian position, if there can be such a thing. Basically, remain fiscally conservative, smaller gov't, but a little less on the social side. Kasich seems to be the better candidate out of the current Republican field, but this is the worst field of candidates across both parties I can remember seeing.

End of the day, I will always vote, if for no other reason than to exercise the great privileged I have to do so as a citizen in this country. I don't follow politics terribly closely, but follow a few basic principles as best I can. I don't understand the vitriol surrounding politics in our country. If someone disagrees with me on what is the best approach to governing our country, state, city, I don't think that's all that big of a deal. Doesn't make them a bad person or someone I should hate.

The media is historically liberal- always has been, always will be. That's just the way it is, and unfortunately, Republicans have a built-in bias disadvantage when it comes to covering the campaigns. The media has attacked Trump for his failure to condemn violence at rallies, and rightfully so- but by the same token, the media should be attacking the far left liberal protesters who effectively seek to suppress the First Amendment rights of other people to assemble and support Trump. This issue is a two-way street, but the left-learning liberally biased media consistently deploys a double standard when it comes to this issue.

I was at the CNN Republican Debate at the Bank United Center last Thursday Night, and believe me, the collective anxiety of having to face reality that Trump is likely to become the GOP Nominee as evident as it could be.

You know when you think about this Advarkas it really shows, to me, how fed up Americans are with politicians and their many years of broken promises, lies, under the table deals, etc. How desperate are Americans (at least Republicans) for wanting someone like Trump who is not a politician but a business man? Not to say he could not and should not be accused of the same things as the politicians but he has not been saying the same old thing for many years.

I will be honest and say I do not know much about many of the candidates other than history and headlines. When Trump first started his campaign I actually thought it was refreshing that you had someone who would buck the PC trend. I mean, thank GOD for that! I have had enough of the PC crowd to last a dozen lifetimes. But, at a certain point I would question how a man like Trump would handle foreign policy and unite a country. In truth and fairness I do not think any candidate could do this as there is too much divisiveness on too many issues. But would Trump get tired of being President after a year? Would he walk away from handling all his other deals and rely on other people to run his many businesses? Let's face it, like Police officers, Fire men, and teachers, the President, at the end of the day, is a pretty thankless job. Lots of hours to be devoted that most do not see. Would Trump be willing to put forth the necessary time and energy to "make America great again" without all the pats on the back? I doubt it.

Not sure any candidate can change the path we are currently headed on, not just fiscally but socially. I could care less for myself as I am 42 and don't give a F--K anymore. But for my kids and Grandkids (two step kids who have kids) I do. I am terrified of where we're heading.

Way off base here. Protesters at Trumpf rallies were the ones who were assaulted by Free Speech hating blind rage Trumpf supporters. U of Illinois-Chicago students flipped the paradigm and said not on our campus. Cincinnati said the same. The sucker punching Quick Draw McGraw (the ladies call him that) inspired that.

The incidents in Chicago were a result of three despicable left wing liberal groups paying people to suppress the free speech of Trump and his supporters: (1) Moveon.org (George Soros); (2) Black Lives Matter; and (3) Weather Underground, who is founded by demostic terrorist Bill Ayers. This is classic left wing liberal bullshit- suppress any speech which opposes liberals' point of view. Liberals will be the first to yell "free speech" when they need to further their agenda, but then be the first to suppress it when it comes to others using free speech to oppose liberals' view.

There are two issues here, one independent of another. First, Trump was wrong for not lowering the temperature of his rallies and failing to condemn a battery by one of his supporters. Trump has the moral obligation to refrain from using rhetoric which causes divisiveness among the American people. As Rubio said, that tactic does not exemplify true political leadership. That said- Second, The Left Wing Liberals of Black Lives Matter, Moveon.org, and Weather Underground (Bill Ayers) were wrong for paying thugs to incite hostility and deploy tactics to shut down a Trump rally. Those Left Wing Liberals have a right to peacefully protest, not actively shut down rallies, suppress speech, and cause chaos.

What is ironic is that these Left Wing Liberals call Trump a Facist, when it is THEY (Left Wing Liberals) who are the bona fide exemplaries of Facism by seeking to suppress any speech which contradicts their views.

Not feelingthebern! Bro? May have given you chills but social media campaign by and for U of Illinois students fueled the push back against Trump neo fascist hordes who invaded their campus. Trump also lied about police advising him to turn tail. Chitown police said they had factions under control. Trump just turned tail.

Just to be clear, I am not a Trump guy. I agree with Advarkas about the media. There is no question about that. And sure, certain "special interest groups" can become violent no matter what side of the spectrum they are on. To act like this is a one sided thing for either side I believe would be naïve.

However, there are videos of the groups he mentioned above becoming violent with people they even feel like may not support them. That is why I carry! Any issues arise and they will be decided. PERMANENTLY! Lol! Happy Tuesday boys!

The rhetoric on all sides is spiraling out of control and there is plenty of blame to go around. Unless all of the candidates start acting like leaders and stop inciting anger and condoning violence, people are going to get seriously hurt. Enough is enough. It's time for the grown ups on both sides of the aisle to take control.

Agreed, but I don't think that's what the majority of Americans want. Someone else said something about the age of the Kardashians, and I feel like as much as society complains about the way these things go, they wouldn't have it any other way. Having a civilized disagreement isn't nearly as exciting, nor does it get as many people to tune in, as a scream fest that erupts with punches thrown. Both literally and figuratively.

Nobody invaded anyone's campus. Trump rented that auditorium in advance for a campaign rally and the Far Left in this country disrupted it with violence. That's what they do.
And most of the protesters were not college students. These were professional protesters (anarchists, socialists, Communists, Black Lives Matter, etc.) who are well organized and well funded by people like George Soros. Their goal is to stifle any speech they don't agree with.
Look up the definition of fascism and you will see that these folks are the real fascists.
And it was the Chicago police who told Trump to cancel the rally in order to prevent further violence.
I am not a Trump supporter but I have to call a spade a spade.

Leave it to Chicago- a city riddled with liberal chronies, one of the highest murder rates of any city in the Country, and home to a far left liberal domestic terrorist organization in Black Lives Matter.

OK , let's say that Trump was the one that decided to postpone the rally, He made the right call. Otherwise there would have been a hell of a lot more violence. Hundreds of people would have been hurt, some of them very seriously. Chicago can be a very violent town, dating back to the days of Al Capone.
I saw a minimum police presence on TV. That's because left-wing mayor Rohm Emanuel WANTED the protesters to disrupt the Trump rally. He didn't want a Republican rally held in his hometown. Emanuel once worked for both the Clinton and Obama administrations.
This is the same mayor that allows a record number of young black men to kill each other in Chicago's south side. So you tell me what kind of mayor this guy is. A horrible one.

The point is Trump Phucken LIED! I know that doesn't matter right? SMDH!

They do work for the mayor correct?
OK some of you guys need your time on Comedy Club. A conspiracy between Chicago cops and Black Lives Matter? And Clinton stooge Rohm Emanuel the hapless Mayor of Chicago who tried to cover up a murder of a black guy by a Chicago cop? I don't need to go to Improv anymore. The comedy is right here on Canesport.
