I'm not sure if a fiscal conservative exists on the national stage. Seems the GOP likes to spend just as much of the dems nowadays. Maybe someone like Rand Paul but I dont follow that closely. We all know Trump is not a likeable person but his personality aside I feel he has done a good job. If you stick a polished politician in his place and say this is what he accomplished I think most agree it was a job well done. COVID thru a wrench into things but to an extent...It doesnt matter who would have been in office...what happened was going to happen.

I'm a conservative so a value things like the right to life, 2nd amendment, I believe in the goodness of this country, etc. When I sit down and think what could a Biden/Harris administration do better...i come up empty.
