I think this will be an all around good look for the University. I know there is plenty out there that can be changed but this is what i would like to see changed the most.
What you asked? Running out of the Old Ugly Ass Blow Up Helmet. I hate it. It looks amateurish + other universities have been biting the "blow up" thing for years now (minus the helmet, even they know it looks bad)
Solution: Why don't we substitute the helmet with the actual "U" logo. Replica of the new statue we just put on campus but with lighter material and taller.
I say 15 feet tall or higher and 15 wide (when closed) have each side on wheels.
When its time for the players to run out..... you drop the back drop that sits between the two sides.
Backdrop: has all 5 national championship rings....... then you pull the "U" statue apart let the kids run through the fog.
I for one think all media outlets will definitely included this is all of their B-roll packages (video of the kids running out of the newly implemented "U".)
No better branding then that. Live TV..... you can't see the kids until the Backdrop comes down.... pull the "U" apart.... they come running.......maaaannnnnnnnn.
