* Trump privately and publicly lobbied Pence to overturn the election results on Jan 6
* Trump at his rallies praised Pence for his service but said he won’t like him as much “if he doesn’t do his duty” to reverse the election.
* Trump urged his followers to march on the Capitol on Jan 6 and “be strong.”
* Based on Trump’s remarks, Pence became a physical target within the Senate chamber. The Rioters asked “where’s Pence”?
* Trump did not quickly send police and troops to intervene at the Capitol, puttiing Pence and everyone else there in danger.
Sum, Trump urged Pence to violate the constitution. Pemce declined. Trump then urged his own followers to invade the Capitol. They did. They looked for Pence, putting him the path of physical violence and possible death.
Yes, I think Trump threw Pence under the bus and then ran him over.
