Kind of an addition by subtraction. In his short tenure (9 months) as Secretary of Transportation look at what has happened to "transportation" in the USA:
*Gas prices up over 50%. Working people are having close to half their income go to gas. This also drives up the costs of food and other necessities.
*Roads and bridges are falling apart. A bipartisan bill has been verbally approved to fix them but the Secretary of Transportation is too afwaid of Pelosi to fight for this critical issue to be approved by vote.
*Worst air travel performance in history, Delays & cancellations are rampant.
*Air travel has become a miserable experience. Every gate and airplane is a potential battlezone. I just don't understand it? I thought everybody was so happy that Trump is gone that we all would live in peace and harmony.
*Transportation of foreign goods into US ports is having problems never seen before.
*Truckers are leaving the industry daily. Keeping products from consumers
*AmTrak still sux.

The bottom line is that US transportation has become a "Train Wreck" under Buttigieg. CD is right! It is the best thing for US transportation to have Lil Petey take off A LOT of time off.

Yes. Everyone gets time depending on where you work, live, and gender it could be called something different but Maternity is for women. The leave makes not difference other than how long. What it is called does. Some places give guys months. It just depends.
