So, after squeezing every dollar they could over their magic vaccine shot where people caught Covid anyway, then scamming a few more billion from the magic vaccine shot booster, there's a magic pill from Pfizer just in time for Christmas. One might wonder how long they've been sitting on this. The real magic of this pill might be to give Corporations, School Districts, Government Municipalities, and the Brandon Administration, an out after thousands of citizens, to their surprise, flipped a giant middle finger to the absurd vaccine Mandates.

“We were hoping that we had something extraordinary, but it’s rare that you see great drugs come through with almost 90% efficacy and 100% protection for death,” said Dr. Mikael Dolsten, Pfizer’s chief scientific officer, in an interview.

Nonsense pal. It's been in trials. One completed 2 ongoing. Be a skeptic fine. Don't be a lunatic.

The vaccine was/is incredibly effective compared to those who didn't get vaccinated. This new pill will simply make it more convenient to avoid getting sick, which when combined with people already vaccinated, is nothing but a good thing.

It's not a prophylactic Raoul. It's a pill one takes within 3 days of a positive test result.

The real point is that the CDC, Biden Admin. never even speak about therapeutics. Vaccine, vaccine, vaccine or bust.
Plus Dr. Scott Gottlieb still sits on Pfizer's board and is on CNBC often... SEC/NASD say nothing against him. I knew the rules when I worked in the finance industry. Gottlieb is Jim Cramer 2.0......

If I have this pill, which is an anti-viral like hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin, and I take it within 3 days of symptoms and I'm going to then be fine with natural immunity, why would I need the vaccine?

Hydroxycloriquine and Ivermectin are "gossip remedies" for anti-science / anti-vaxx types who are typically influenced by right wing political narratives.

My comments are specifically about the folks who got the vaccine before the pill arrived. If you combine the vaccinated + booster shot people with people who take the pill (assuming the news about its effectiveness is correct) then that should be enough to end the pandemic. The pill is just the latest iteration of ways to deal with it.

We'll never agree on Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin, Raoul, but I will say the former has been around for decades and is totally safe and the latter won a Nobel Prize in 2015. Both inhibit viral replication as does the new pill by Pfizer.
Don't kid yourself. If this new pill is as effective as advertised, it inhibits the virus from replicating and therefore stops it in it's tracks. Therefore, no need for a vaccine as you have the magic pill and you'll have natural immunity.
I have the first two on hand, so I don't need the new pill. But whatever puts this Covid Virus to bed, all the better.

You mean democrat science not science. This is not an epidemic of the unvaccinated. Countries in in Europe such as England are having higher vaccinated Covid rates than the unvaccinated. Now if you want to argue it lessens the severity of the symptoms you probably have a point. I’m vaccinated. In my opinion it’s nothing but a glorified therapeutic, it’s not a true vaccine like you would get for polio.

I just noticed your science comment was in your other post.

Bet this new pill has a nice mixture of hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin ingredients found to be effective in treatment

You wouldn't ( I think) unless you had serious co-morbidities

I find the timing too perfect. It's like Apple trying to milk every dollar out of the current version before rolling out the "latest and greatest".
