A philosophical question to the board:
So our tax dollars are going to go to pay illegal aliens $450,000 for breaking the laws of the US, and also contributing to minors breaking the law; because the law breaking parents have been traumatized by being separated from their children. So inquiring minds want to know: Why should not every US citizen parent who broke laws and is in prison; also receive $450,000 for the trauma of being separated from their children?
And while I am asking, how do the details work? Have read it is $450,000 for each parent. But is the $450,000 for each child they are separated or is there a family limit? I am thinking that it should be trauma per kid. Maybe we should stop fighting the Dem's ideas and buy in to BBB. Think about it. Mom and Dad from the traditional family of 4 go out for the night, drink too much, get a little rowdy, get arrested and kept over night for "drunk and disorderly" The next morning call Merrick Garland claiming trauma and collect $1.8M. Wow what a stimulus program! The Mrs. and I may be hitting the town this weekend.
