I'm just trying to be objective here, but based on results alone - he's a very good candidate. if he was not the HC here before, he would easily be the #1 candidate on the board IMO.
I don't think he's as intelligent as Manny, but he can def build on what Manny did here and is even a better recruiter. I'm not really PRO or AGAINST Randy, who knows if he'll make a lateral move to a university he use to be the HC at.
