I really like this guy! I saw some of his UTough clips and how he works with kids but mostly i like what he says.
Primarily in regards to technique and playing off each other.
He doesnt buy in to that one star guy or so it seems. Technique is what it is all about..
I look forward to seeing the results on the field. The dude has not just coached in the NFL but has had real results there.
