At least that’s what the coaching staff and some of you fans think. Perry’s good enough to give you a spark, good enough to light a fire under JW, good enough to make come back plays BUT not good enough to be developed. When it’s all said and done one thing for sure Miami has failed Perry.
Perry deserves to be coached up and not to be used as a gap filler. Perry is a play maker a risk taker, a guy who rather make the game winning play than watch someone else make the play. He’s the type of guy that makes football enjoyable. No risk no reward but for some reason JW is constantly being thrusted before him. If 5 is average JW is a 4 with the ceiling of a 6 at best. JW is like putting your money in the bank Perry is like putting that same deposit in the stock market.
so replace him allow him to leave and regret it later.
