The time consuming high touch recruiting methods, getting kids into the league and academics may not matter nearly as much anymore. Do we see really talented kids get paid in high school then get paid large college NIL deals for 1-2 years and then to the league? Graduation who cares. The type of comradery we all saw develop at the U in the 80s-90s will be lost because these athletes won't be there long enough to bond.
