Honestly most of the public polls are a waste of time. Yeah you can look into the weeds to try to determine sampling, likely vs registered etc but what you come up with is only as good as the info the pollster has. I listened to an interview today from a pollster. Basically what I took away from it the best polls are the internal campaign polls because they spend a crapload or money on voter information as part of their sampling. I get the sense reading between the lines of the two campaigns that the Dems are worried. Little comments now like Hillary’s about “Joe shouldn’t concede if he loses.” That tells me they don’t like the numbers their seeing. A month ago there was no talk about “if Joe loses.”
