Can't tell if your being sarcastic here brother, but yes really.
Here is my qualifier too: I almost always vote republican (don't care for either party per se, but Dems have gone off the wall last 20 years).
In general, I find people make up arguments without knowing the facts. I am a US born citizen, lived here my whole life, but visited many summer breaks back home growing up. My wife is from India.
Our legitimate marriage, both verified professionals (attorney/dentist that stuff matters according to my immigration attorney) had our initial fiance visa application denied (intention was to marry in the states). Approved on re-app and wife is US naturalized citizen now.
Same thing happened to another friend of mine who worked for a freaking congressman fresh out of law school a few months later.
That was under the Obama regime. Cracks me up when folks thought his regime had "lax" immigration rules. Maybe for illegals, but I was thinking, "Yo, motherf'ers, tell that to some one else" because our application was legit as hell and had to go through the process twice."
Just figured I'd share.
