My buddy says most of the common sense UVA alum (not the college Wahoo idiots) he has texted this week think close game, edge to Miami. Thinks Miami will be pissed after all these close losses, desparate to get a win.
He's concerned about two main things: (1) Bronco being over-agressive with Mack and Zandier blitzing and stopping run on our weaker O-Line- thinks Perry will have delicious 1 v. 1 matchups on the outside with our guys and it's a question about hitting them; No LB is equipped to match Brevin, so if they have to bring Safety Blount down, over-the-top homerun play in those 1 v. 1 is in play; UVA may be in a lot of Nickel and Dime which may open zone-read run from the Gun; and (2) Perkins having to do too much; doesn't like their RBs against our LBs and DTs... Truth me be told, our run defense has actually been pretty stout when you look at the UF game and statiscally overall.
