So firing a 21-15 coach

Before your no. 1 choice is locked up is now considered "unusual" and "blowing things up."

Is this a joke? Seriously?

If a school decides that the current coaching staff simply is not cutting it on the field that school should not FIRE the coach unless they can GUARANTEE they have a coach already in place to take the job.

Really, what school besides Miami goes by that creed?
