Looks like they want to do some live testing on poor people before they send it up the chain. Sounds like something these “scientists” and “public health experts” have done once or twice before.

I think first responders and elderly make sense. The rest of the categories should be offered equal to all through a lottery. This way everyone gets an equal chance at being next in line. Frankly, I want to be near the last to see what side effects that may occur.
