Would be a good start to help and couldn’t hurt with the lack of focus and preparation. If you’ve had to supervise young men and women in the social media era, you know what I’m talking about. Hell, I know 40+ year olds who lack focus and it effects production at work because of social media. Clemson, Ohio State, Bama and others have all done this at one time or another and it has worked by their accounts.
