Bring Zo in as an Associate AD with the title of Director of Recruiting and Talent Evaluation. He would need to set up separate "departments" for HS recruiting and the Transfer Portal. Within those separate departments, there is a place for people like David Cooney, with ties to local schools/recruits and Stephen Fields, who has experience with Mario previously in national recruiting. Maybe Fields takes on the Transfer Portal evaluations, too. There will be a need for support staff, etc, to a level never before funded at Miami.
If Miami is going to truly take a step forward to compete, restructuring like this is vital.
